Welcome to The Bistro
The Bistro is a creation that came to Joan and Gary Rideout many years ago and is a natural extension of the experince now known as The Old Mill Ruins. After retirement Gary took his heritage masonry and advanced housing degree and thus began the building of The Bistro.
An Experienced Staff
Kendra Rideout has worked in the hospitality industry for over 7 years and has a diploma from Algonquin College in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She is the Manager of the Bistro & Accommodations. Kendra ensures you of exceptional service during your visit.
To add to the dining experience, Trevor Rideout has added his expertise, working with the staff to train in highest quality in service. Trevor worked at the Delta in Ottawa in the well-established fine dining room of 'The Capital' where you would find Senators and captains of industry enjoying themselves. Trevor knows how a customer should be treated, so you can expect a Bistro style meal and atmosphere with a splash of fine dining without the fine dining price.
